Book Keeping for Sole Traders
Hi, I'm Sue
If you are a Sole Trader, I am here to help you avoid having to switch to an accredited digital system when you don't have to.
I keep things simple so that you can submit your annual returns, recoup overpaid tax, receive CIS rebates and claim Universal Credits, using the existing non-digital system
I either manage your accounts with you (as a friend rather than an agent) or I teach you how to do it for yourself with my full support. Find helpful information on my blog and sign up to my mailing list for free access to updates and Members Only resources.
Thank you for being here and I look forward to meeting you soon.

Working from home
I have always worked from home and this is an expense every Sole Trader should claim for as a business expense. If this hasn't been done in previous years, it could mean you are due a sizable tax refund.
Over the last 40 years I have used my own simple system to keep the required records and submit my end of year returns early, freeing up time to concentrate on my clients, writing, volunteer and creative work.
During the last 10 years, I have been helping friends to navigate the system and save them paying agency or accountancy fees. If you earn less than £20K a year, you don't need to go to the cost of going digital.
I am a Member of the Institute of Administration and Management (AInstAM), and a qualified award-winning Business Advisor who has helped hundreds of small business owners learn new skills to trade independently, online and in their local communites.
I hope you find the information here helpful and please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
Sue Xx
